A total of 152 vacancies are going to be filled under Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission Recruitment 2018. The government of Tripura, Rural Development Department has invited Tripura RLM Recruitment 2018 applications from the Citizens of Tripura for the available vacancies of 152 Program Manager, Block Mission Coordinator, Cluster Coordinator, Livelihood Coordinator and others in the cadre of Group C posts for Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission, RDD of Tripura.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
As per the recent TRLM notification 2018, the eligibility details like Educational Qualification for the Cluster Coordinator, Livelihood Coordinator job has given below.
Chief Operating Officer (Programme): i) Post Graduate from any recognized university.
ii) Minimum 10 years or more experience in a similar position of Community Development/ Development of Rural Livelihoods implemented.
State Mission Manager (Livelihood & Marketing): Post Graduate in Management (Agri. Marketing/ Agri. Business)/ Agri. Economics). Or Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Forestry/Fisheries/ Veterinary science/ Sericulture.
State Mission Manager (Human Resource Management): i) Post Graduate in Social Work/ Management-HR/IR/PR. ii) 5 (five) years experience is desirable in conducting training programme and capacity building events in Social/ Community/ Livelihood development programs funded by external agency or Government.
State Mission Manager (Financial Inclusion): i) Post Graduate in Social Work/ Management-HR/IR/PR. ii) 5 (five) years experience is desirable in conducting training programme and capacity building events in Social/ Community/ Livelihood development programs funded by external agency or Government.
State Mission Manager (Financial Inclusion): i) MBA from a recognized University/ Institution. ii) Minimum 5 (five) years of work experience in Public or Private Sector Bank including at least two years work experience in rural areas.
Programme Manager (Knowledge Management and Communication): Post Graduate in Mass Communication/ Knowledge Management/ Public Relation/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Advertisement & Public Relations.
Programme Manager (Livelihood-Farm): i) PG in Marketing Management with Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Fishery/ Veterinary Science at least at degree level. ii) 3 years experience in externally funded livelihood projects/ centrally funded projects.
Programme Manager (Livelihood - Non-Farm): i) PG in Marketing Management with Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Fishery/ Veterinary Science at least at degree level. ii) 3 years experience in externally funded livelihood projects/ centrally funded projects.
Programme Manager (Convergence): i) MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Finance/ Entrepreneurship/Rural Management Or Post Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Fisheries/ Veterinary Science/ Forestry/ Agri. Business/ Agri. Economics. ii) Minimum 3 (three) years experience in Livelihood Projects/ Community Development Projects of State/ Central Govt./ any other agencies.
Programme Manager (Procurement): Post Graduate in CA/ Financial Management/ ICWA/ Commerce.
Financial Inclusion Coordinator: i) Graduate in any Discipline. ii) Minimum 5 years experience at Managerial capacity in any Nationalized Bank, Tripura Gramin Bank or Tripura State Cooperative Bank.
District Mission Coordinator: i) Post Graduate degree in Management/ Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture/ Sociology/ Economics/ Entrepreneurship & Others. ii) Minimum 2 (two) years experience in Community Development/ Rural Development/ Livelihood promotion in rural areas.
District Coordinator (IB & CB): Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass Communication.
District Coordinator (Financial Inclusion): Post Graduate Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass Communication.
Asst. Programme Manager: PG in Social Work! Agriculture/ Dairy Science/ Agro. Economics/ Fisheries/ Commerce/ Marketing/ HR/ Rural Management/ Community Development/ I Veterinary Science.
Block Mission Coordinator: i) Graduate in Social work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass Communication. ii) Minimum 1-year experience in the thematic area in Social/ Community Development sector in Govt. depts./ project Or PSU.
Livelihood Coordinator (Farm): i) Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/SericuIture/ Forestry/ Fisheries/ Agri. Marketing/ Agri. Economics/ Agri. Business. Or Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ Management/ Rural Development/ Social work. ii) 1-years or more experience is in farm sector livelihood development for the rural community.
Livelihood Coordinator (Non-farm): i) Graduate in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Veterinary Science/Sericulture/ Forestry/ Fisheries/ Agri. Marketing/ Agri. Economics/ Agri. Business. Or Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ Management/ Rural Development/ Social work. ii) 1-years or more experience is in nonfarm sector livelihood development for rural Community.
Livelihood Coordinator (Livestock): Graduate in Veterinary Science.
Cluster Coordinator: Graduate in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Management/ Mass Communication.
Age Limit
For Chief Operating officer maximum age limit is 45 years of age.
For Financial Inclusion maximum age limit is 65 years of age.
For All others, the maximum age limit is 40 years of age.
Relaxation in Upper age limit for those candidates belonging to other categories.
Salary Details
The salary will be Rs.15000/- to Rs.100000/- per month for the Cluster Coordinator, Livelihood Coordinator & Other posts.
