Women & Child Development Department (WCD Haryana) has released a new recruitment notification for the posts of DCPO, Protection Officer, Counsellor, Programme Manager. There are 268 (Two Hundred and Sixty-Eight) vacancies in this notification. Candidates satisfying the required eligibility as mentioned in the official WCD, Haryana Notification can submit their application by online submission on or before last date on or before 19th December 2018 with the help of details given below. The Directorate of Women and Child Development is functioning w.e.f. 1-4-92 vide notification No. 79-SW I/92 dated 10th February 1992 after getting bifurcation from social welfare department. In its capacity as a nodal agency looking after the advancement of women and children, the Department formulates plans, policies, and programmes and coordinates the efforts of both government and non-governmental organizations working in the field of women and child development.

Educational Qualification
Programme Manager SARA (only for women) : Retired College/School Principal/ Officer of Social Welfare, W.C.D., Education and Health Department having experience of working for Child Development/Care. Age: should not exceed 62 years. OR II. Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university III. Minimum 55% marks at Masters Level. IV. 5 years of experience in relevant field. Age: Above 30 -42 years.
Programme Manager (Child protection) : I. Masters in Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/ Masters in Child Development/ MSc. Human Development from any recognized university II. Minimum 55% marks at Masters Level. III. Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric. IV.
5 years of experience in relevant field
