Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
Candidate should have a degree in Horticulture of a recognized University in the State or any other University or institution recognized by the University Grants Commission, provided that M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Horticulture would be considered for appointment if candidates having a degree in Horticulture are not available.
Provided that in case of SC /ST vacancies if the candidates with B.Sc. degree qualifications in Horticulture are not available the candidates with B.Sc. degree qualifications in Agriculture shall become eligible.
Age Limit
Applicants minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 42 years as on 01st July 2018.
Age relaxation
For SC/ ST & BC applicants is 05 years
For Physically Handicapped persons is 10 years
For Ex-Service men applicants is 03 years
For N.C.C applicants is 03 years
For A.P.State Government Employees is 05 years
For Retrenched temporary employees is 03 years.
Selection Process
As like of earlier times, one will be selected for Andhra Pradesh PSC HO Vacancies 2018-19 based on applicant’s performance in written exam and interview.

For General/Other Candidates: Rs. 250/- + Rs.120/-(Application Processing fee)
For SC/ST/BC.PH.Ex-Servicemen: Rs.250/-
Pay the Examination Fee through online using Payment Gateway using Net Banking/ Credit card / Debit Card.
Pay Scale
Selected candidates will earn pay scale of Rs.35,120/- Rs.87,130/-

- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to https://www.psc.ap.gov.in/.
- Go to "Home" & Select the desired post.
- Read the information carefully & Click on "Apply Online".
- Click on “Click here for New Registration”, if you are a new user.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
