This recruitment is based on a fixed term contract for a period of three years. Candidates should have to submit your application form duly filled in, requisite Fee and original testimonials along with one set of attested documents at the time of walk-in interview. 1. AVSEC qualified candidates:
a. Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with the ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language. Must possess valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certification (12 days new pattern).
b. Preferable: i) BCAS Certified XBIS Screener (Valid Certification) ii) BCAS Certified In-Line Screener (Valid Certification)
2. Non-AVSEC candidates:
a. Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from a recognized University with the ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
b.Preferable: i) NCC „B‟/‟C‟ Certificate ii) Proficiency in Firefighting iii) Knowledge of Industrial Security iv) Knowledge in Disaster Management v) Knowledge of unarmed combat vi) Legal knowledge vii) Armed forces/Police backgrounds viii) Diploma/Certification course in Computers
Rs. 20,190/- per month. On acquiring/having valid Basic AVSEC qualification & X-BIS certification, additional allowances i.e. Rs. 1,000/- for Basic AVSEC and Rs. 1,500/- for X-BIS will be paid as applicable.

Candidates have to appear for Written Test and/or Interview.
i) AVSEC CANDIDATES: Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria would be required to appear for Personality Assessment.
ii) NON-AVSEC CANDIDATES: Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post, will have to undergo a Physical Endurance Test (PET) which requires running of 100 meters in 16 seconds OR 1000 meters in 4.5 minutes as opted by the candidates, on the same day. A relaxation of 6 seconds will be given to female candidates for running of 100 meters in PET. This is also an elimination round which takes the candidates to the next level. Candidates who qualify in the PET would be required to undergo a Written Test. Those who qualify in the Written Test and fall within the Zone of reservation (1:5 candidates) will be subjected to a Personality Assessment. There will be no negative marking in the written examination. Written Test and Personality Assessment shall have the weightage of 100 marks each.
