Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 60% marks. OR
05 years Integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 60% marks.
Senior Officer (Corporate Communication): Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Masters Degree / Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism with minimum 65% marks.
Senior Officer (Medical Services): MBBS with Diploma in specialized field e.g. DGO, DCH, etc.
Senior Engineer (Environmental Engineering): Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Environmental with minimum 65% marks.
Officer (Laboratory): Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Procedure
- Based on the number of candidates fulfilling the criteria, they have to undergo single stage/multiple stage selection process.
- The Selection Process involves Group Discussion/Interview in front of Selection Committee.
- For Officer (Official Language): Selection Process involves Skill Test (English to Hindi translation and vice-versa) + Interview before the Selection Committee.
Note: The selection process is tentative. It may vary depending upon the administrative/bussiness requirements of the Company.

Superannuation Benefits: Besides Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity and Pension, employees who superannuate from GAIL after rendering a minimum of 15 years of service will also be entitled to Post Retirement Medical Benefits.
