Educational Qualification
Candidates are requested to check their education qualification required for various East Coast Railway job opportunities.
1.      (GP ₹ 1900/-) Level-2 Group-C 
12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. (50% marks in the aggregate will be required for NTPC categories. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen candidates and candidates possessing higher qualificationlike Graduation/Post Graduation.). (OR)
A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI certificate for the posts in Technical Categories.
2.       (GP ₹ 1800/-) Level-1 Erstwhile Gr. D
10th standard or ITI or equivalent from a recognized Board. (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

Age Limit

To apply East Coast Railway job, the candidates required to attain following age limit. The notified aged candidates only can able to apply for the job vacancy.
For Gen/ UR Candidates
·         For Group-C – 18 to 30 Years
·         For Erstwhile Gr. D – 18 to 33 Years

Fee Details
        i.            For all candidates except those mentioned in (ii) below

₹ 500/- (Five Hundred Only) . ₹ 400/- will be refunded to those who actually appear in the written examination.
      ii.            SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities, and Economic Backward Classes. (whose family income is less than ₹ 50,000/- per annum)
₹ 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only). The amount will be refunded to those who actually appear in the written examination.
Candidates should submit application fee for an amount mentioned below in the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank, or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office (issued on or after the date of this notification) drawn in favour of “Principal Financial Adviser, East Coast Railway, payable at Bhubaneswar”.

Salary Details
