      Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission Hamirpur District has announced new job notification for the recruitment of following positions like, TGT, Junior Cameraman, Publicity Assistant, Warden, Special Educator, Statistical Assistant, Clerk, Accountant–cum-Clerk and various job vacancies. As per Himachal Pradesh SSCB-SSC, totally 1724 vacancies are allotted for following HPSSSB jobs [as shown in the below table]. Candidates who are suitable for this recruitment may submit online application form through HPSSSB official website (i.e. www.hpsssb.hp.gov.in) on or before the last date for 22nd January 2019.

       All aspirants should have completed prescribed educational qualification from recognized university/ institute. Candidates should have attained the age of 18 years and not more than 45 years. The selection process will be based on through written examination and followed by Screening Test/ subjective Tests and Skill Tests/ Physical/ Practical tests. Pay your prescribed application fee through online or offline mode. Candidates should submit online application form from 23rd December 2018 to 22nd January 2019 up to 11.59 PM. Educational Qualification

TGT (Arts)

i) B.A./B.Com With at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.)

OR

B.A./B.Com with at least 50% marks and 1- year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) Special Education.

And

ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by HPSSSB Hamirpur or HP Board of School Education Dharamshala in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

TGT (Non- Medical)

i) B.Sc. (Non-Medical) with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.)

OR

B.Sc. (Non-Medical) with at least 50% marks and 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) (Special Education).

AND

ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) duly conducted by HPSSSB Hamirpur or HP Board of School Education Dharamshala in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

Junior Cameraman

i) Matric from a recognised Board of School Education.

ii) Should possess a Diploma in Photography from an Institution recognized by the Central/State Government.

iii) At least two years experience in motion picture/video photography after acquiring a Diploma in Photography.

Publicity Assistant Grade-I

i) Matric from a recognized Board of School Education.

ii) Three years Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering/Computer Engineering / Information Technology from an Institution recognized by the Himachal Pradesh State Government.

Warden

i) Should be Graduate from a recognized University.

ii) (a) B.Ed. Special Education (Mental Retardation) or equivalent degree from the Institute recognised by Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI) New Delhi. And

(b) 05 years post qualification experience in working with Children with Mental Retardation from recognized Institute/School.

Special Educator (Mental Retardation)

i) Should be Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized University.

ii) B.ED Special Education (Mental Retardation) or D.ED (Mental Retardation) or equivalent degree from the Institute recognized by Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI), New Delhi

Publicity Assistant Grade-II

i) Matric from a recognized Board of School Education.

ii) Two years National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Certificate in the trade of Electronics or Radio & T.V. from an Institution recognized by the Himachal Pradesh Government.

Statistical Assistant

B.Com or B.Sc/B.A. with Economics/Mathematics/Statistics as one of the subjects or its equivalent from recognized University.

Manual Assistant

Should Possess a Bachelor Degree in Science (with Physics as one of the subjects)/ Technology / Engineering or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

Dark Room Attendant

i) 10+2 With Science (Chemistry and Physics) or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/Institution.

ii) Two years National Trade/Apprenticeship Certificate course in the trade from an I.T.I. or from an Institution duly recognized by the Central/ State Government.

iii) Two years of practical experience in the trade from a Govt. Press/an ISO certified Private Printing Press.

i) Clerk

ii) Accountant –cum-Clerk

i) Should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/University.

ii) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi Typewriting on the computer.

iii) Should have the knowledge of word processing in the computer as prescribed by the recruiting authority.

Senior Scientific/Technical Assistant

Master Degree in any branch of Science or MSc /MA (Geography with Remote Sensing and GIS specialization ) from any recognized University Institution / Organization.

OR

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/B.Tech. from a recognized University by the Central/HP Govt. or Diploma in Engineering with five years of Experience in related field from any reputed University / Institution / Organization.

Data Entry Operator

a) 10+2 from a recognized University or Board.

b) Should possess a minimum speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing and 30 words per minute in English Typing.

i) Fitter

ii) Electrician/Sub Station Attendant

Matric from a recognized Board by the Govt. of HP with technical qualification of ITI in Electrician / Wireman Trade done through a regular Course from the Institution recognized by the HP Govt.

Video Film Editor

i) At least 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.

ii) Must possess a degree in Film Editing from a University/Institution recognized by the Central Government/Government of Himachal Pradesh.

OR

Diploma in Film Editing with at least 3 years duration from an Institution recognized by the Central Government /Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.

iii) Should possess at least 2 years experience of Film Editing or Video Tape Editing in a Government Department or Doordarshan Kendra.

Junior Engineer(Civil)

Full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution / University with 55% marks

Junior Engineer (Elect.)

Full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution / University with 55% marks.

Electrician (Technician)

i) Should have passed Matriculation examination or its equivalent from recognized Board / University and;

ii) Must possess ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician.

Steno-Typist

Should have passed (10+2) examination from a recognized Board of School Education/ University recognised by the HP Govt.

Assistant Chemist

Should be B.Sc. with three years experience in the line

Technical Superintendent (Production / Store/ Marketing / MIS/P&I)

Should possess full time 04 years degree in Dairy Technology/Dairy Husbandry from the Recognised University

Store-Keeper

Minimum qualification of Plus Two from the recognized Board/University.

Junior Basic Trained Teacher (JBT)

i) 10+2 with 50% marks or Senior Secondary with 50% marks from a recognized Board of School Educaion and 2 years Junior Basic (JBT) Teacher‟s course/Diploma in Elementary Education(D.EI.Ed.) from an Institute affiliated to HP Board of School Education(HPBOSE).

OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50 % marks and 2 years Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) / Diploma in Elementary Education(D.EI.Ed.) (by whatever name known).

And

ii) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test from (TET) for Class I-V, to be conducted by an authority designated by the HP State Government.

Havildar Instructor/Quarter Master Havildar

i) Should have passed at least matric standard examination from a recognized Board of School Education.

OR

Should possess Army Special certificate.

ii) Should be Holding honorary Rank of Havildar or above in the Home Guards Organization and continuous service as such for the last 3 years.

Junior Office Assistant (Accounts)

B.Com from a recognized University.

Junior Officer (IT)

Full-time MCA/MSc (IT)/MSc in any discipline with PGDCA from a recognized university with 55% marks.

Laboratory Assistant

At least 2nd Division in 10+2 with Science

Junior Scientific Assistant

Ist Class M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Science/Chemistry/Micro-Biology with a Bachelor‟s Degree in Basic Sciences from a recognized University/Institution as a regular student.

Junior Office Assistant (IT)

i. 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/University.

ii. One year diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.

iii. Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi

Company Commander /Senior Instructor/Store Officer/Centre Commander

Should have passed Plus Two (10+2) Examination from a recognized University/Board of School Education or its equivalent.

AND

Should be a released/Retired Officer of the Indian Army who has held the rank of Lieutenant (other than Honorary) with at least three years service a Commissioned officer.

Sub Inspector of Police

Graduate from any recognised University of India.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2018)

Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 45 years.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Pay Scale: Rs 10,300/- to Rs. 34,800/-

Selection Process

Part-I: Written Test.

Part-II: Screening Test/ subjective Tests and Skill Tests/ Physical/ Practical tests.
