Walk in for Research Associate, RA & FI Posts on a project entitled “Inclusive Development through Municipal Governance: A Comparative Study in Rajasthan and Punjab" in RGNIYD, Tamil Nadu on Temporary Basis. Candidates are invited by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) to attend walk-in-interview to be held on 09 Jan 2019 for 4 to 8 vacancies.
The Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (rgniyd), Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, is an Institution of National Importance by the Act of Parliament No. 35/2012 under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India. The RGNIYD was set up in 1993 under the Societies Registration Act, XXVII of 1975. The RGNIYD functions as a vital resource centre with its multi-faceted functions of offering academic programmes at Post Graduate level encompassing various dimensions of youth development, engaging in seminal research in the vital areas of youth development and coordinating Training Programmes for state agencies and the officials of youth organisation, besides the Extension and Outreach initiatives across the country.

Educational Qualification
Research Associate
M.A./M.Phil./Ph.D. and/or NET in Public Administration/ Political Science/Public Policy/Local Governance (or equivalent) with 55% marks.
Research Assistant
M.A. in Public Administration/ Political Science/Public Policy/Local Governance (or equivalent).
Field Investigator
Graduate in any area. Preference will be given to Public Administration/ Political Science/Public Policy/Local Governance (or equivalent).
Salary Details
Research Associate ₹16,000 per month
Research Assistant ₹13,000 per month
Field Investigator ₹1,000 per day
